Your right about that! If you’re really serious go on upwork and find someone that can do it!

Have you received the help you need? If not, it's something I could probably help with. I'm recently retired with over 30 years of programming.
Moving online data into a text file should be relatively easy.

Looking for a programmer for a small project
I would like to thank HeadHawg (Brian) for coming up with a neat little program
that bulk converts and renames the .html Program files to Track specific .txt files, that can then be imported into the Handicapping Program that I am using.
He put a lot of time and effort into coding the program on his own time to help a fellow Forum member out.
Again thanks to HeadHawg! His help is greatly appreciated!

You're quite welcome Kbatch, and thanks for the kind words. It was a struggle to get it right, but it was good for this ol' brain to do some coding again. Now I feel motivated to work on the half-dozen coding projects I have started over the years. I might even work on a game idea I've had floating around in my head for the last six months or so. A game? Yeah...can you believe that s**t?

I do this all the time.
Please advise scope of project, supply a sample of the text to be converted, etc., etc.

I tried the beta version of your reports when I was on the Derby List. Good to see you.

data capture
If you are still looking for help let me know.
It could probably be easily done in my primary program platform 'R'
If you can send me a sample of your data and indicate what data you want to save and if you need to do any work on the data, I can take a look at it and see how complicated it would need to be.

Unless he is unhappy with my work, I don't think kbatch needs another program. I already completed the app at no charge to him.
