Nope. You're suggesting that Obama saying GITMO would be closed is a parallel to Franken saying he'll resign?

Wow.

The posted graphic shows about 1.25 million total votes were cast. A month ago, the Alabama Secy. of State, who is in charge of elections (and a Republican), said he expected about 1 million votes. So the actual number is higher than expected, not lower than it "should be".

Overall turnout on Dec. 12 is expected to be around 25 percent, according to Alabama Secretary of State John Merrill. The turnout, he said, will exceed the Aug. 15 primaries and Sept. 26 GOP runoff, which generated 14 and 18 percent respectively.

Merrill said somewhere between 950,000 to 1 million voters will show up to the polls next month. But predictions stop short on estimating turnout among demographics.

Instead of 25% for a special election they got 40%. That is actually a fairly shocking number, just not in the way upthecreek thinks.

I looked at county by county results and Moore got the margins he needed in the deepest red pockets but turnout there was below what you saw in 2014. Meanwhile, turnout was also lower in metro Alabama and the black belt but not to the extent you saw elsewhere.

Voters in rural white counties didn't move toward Jones but they utterly failed to turnout for Moore.

Clocker has just 19 rep points and __________ has none. This has to be caused by their trying to actually post facts and use logic and reason in their posts. Shame on the two of you!

In the months after winning his primary run-off race, Roy Moore was accused of pedophilia and numerous other acts of sexual misconduct, some occurring over 40 years ago.

These accusations must have been 'true' because all I heard from the McConnell-led GOP establishment, Democrats, the liberal and phony conservative media, and our know-it-alls on here was that Moore is simply a sexual predator and unfit to be a US Senator.

So I ask: in these last few weeks, especially, how come no one in law enforcement had Roy Moore arrested and charged for any of these alleged crimes?

Statute of limitations? Lack of evidence from 40 years ago? Witnesses still afraid to come forward against a major political figure?

some irregularities reported -

9210 dead people voted
thousands did not receive their absentee ballot (or intercepted)
poll worker 'representatives' going to nursing homes helping fill out ballots
voting machine 'glitches'
voter suppression - people added to inactive voter list even when they voted in primary
absentee ballots were scanned and destroyed, as per new rules

and whooping 92% registered democrat turn-out

could any of this be true?

More crying? I've seen no crying.

Regardless, that doesn't matter. I don't know where the poster got that info, but it's worth looking at if true. And this comes from someone who posted I was glad he lost and wouldn't want to see him somehow get the seat through an investigation of irregularities.

22,000 absentee ballots postmarked MOSCOW!

I love the false euphoria over this one election....that means they will do the same things in 2020 that cost them in 2016.
