I have mixed feelings on PPP. In some respects, it's a superior form of the unemployment insurance program. But how in the world were investment advisors eligible for the program? To be clear, I'm blaming Democrats and Republicans for such flaws.

It's called politics. It's called the swamp. Something that I heard was SUPPOSED to be draining...

It's a form of PORK...stuff they throw in there for their pals and supporters.

It's been going on forever.

You like playing games with me...I get that.

But seriously, what are you thanking me for? Explaining the obvious to you? Something you already knew?

Sorry, I am sarcastic a lot, not this time. I appreciate your honesty, as many Trump supporters won't concede an inch on any issue.

Money for = money received by an affiliated business.
I wonder how many millions Pace got to keep this website open and in business?

I received PPP money and for many reasons the program was not entirely useful to stop the economic freefall we were in. I would not call it a superior form of unemployment insurance. you could lose 20-30% of your workforce and still have everything forgiven. It was free money for many.

That's the problem - the language was written poorly, allowing for widespread abuses of the program.

I have a conference call Thursday with SBA trying to cancel my original loan. The bank calculated it wrong and shorted me 135k. They plainly admit they screwed up but “can’t do anything about it now”

I’m going to have to beg the SBA to cancel the first one (fat chance) and then pay back the original (already spent) to get the difference (which is already bank approved) and start over.

So much for small businesses.......being helped

And all of these were signed off by Trump personally?
Seems to be what you are implying. Who did authorize them?

Got that list?

You missed the part where I blamed Dems and Reps. I also said the program was designed poorly. Then PA said this was classic DC behavior (paraphrase), and I agreed with him.

I do have a list of recipients over $150k. You can download it from the SBA website, if you're interested.

Before I waste my time on something I don't care about, is this list show WHO authorized each loan?
