Horsey's just weird from all angles. I read his post with a strong sense of mental illness close by.

I read his post as an attempt at humor. Not really his best, mind you.
But I don't carry a giant sack of seething resentment on my back.
So, I guess i don't know what it's like to walk in your very overweighted shoes.

j grew up
in the Albany-Schenectady-troy area of upstate new York. the neighborhoods were reasonably clean. the properties were maintained. not exactly "leave it to beaver" but close. everbody had a job that wanted one. I thought it was a great place to live and grow up. back in the 60's this area, along with the Hudson river and mohawk river valley areas was firmly in the control of democrats. lets start in the southern Hudson valley. Ossining, Poughkeepsie, kingston, Hudson, albany troy, now west into mohawk valley, Schenectady, Amsterdam, canajoharie, utica, syracuse, rochester, buf falo.all these places had a major industry and provided a financial base to the community. now, 50 years later they are gone. driving thru these communities is an appalling experience. they have been transformed into shit holes. garbage everywhere, and properties in disrepair. gangs hanging and intimidating the streets.
this is the result of democratic "vision". its heartbreaking to see.

That is the "gaining ground" the liberals keep talking about.
