Lunatic Bowers said.... (the Temple he shot up) "likes to bring invaders in that kill our people. I can't sit by and watch my people get slaughtered. Screw your optics, I'm going in."
Maybe we should start using a new historical nomenclature........AT or aft6er Trump to follow hate crime increases?
Say what you want about a boycotting Israel, Israel and the Jews are not synonymous. Some Jews do not like the hard line of the Israeli government and prefer a different way to deal with the Palestinian conflict.

So you must have been incensed when Trump cabinet and family are accosted at restaurant. Likewise when republicans were attacked on a ball field. After all, any speech that invites violence and confrontation is against your beliefs. Is that a true representation of your position?

I do not condone violence. Trump has the bully pulpit and he sets the tone.
Your incidents are awful but nothing compared to the rise in hate crimes after Trump. A.T.
After 2017

At this point you're right.
Shit like that in any other forum I've been on is a immediate ban. But not here.
Here the Mod basically says, "if you don't like it leave."
I'll see myself out.

There is worse.
Some knuckle-dragger here actually called some other posters fascists once!
I think he got banned.
Rightly so.

How true!
Imagine the damage done when Obama BOWED to everyone, apologized to the world, and then tried to minimalize American Exceptionalism! and when he chickened out and ran home with his tail between his legs over his pink line in Syria - no doubt that emboldened our enemies.
Thank GOD we now have a leader who is not afraid to lead the Free World.

You're barking up the wrong tree. Obama set the stage! He emboldened the hate mongers and escalated racial divide long before Trump came down that escalator.
Lest you forget:
"If they bring a knife to the fight, we bring a gun." (Obama)
And, why is it that no one seemed to blame Obama for his anti-police rhetoric?

The Left loved Obama who vowed to "transform" America; they, with the support of the MSM, hate the antithesis to Obama (and the Left)...with an outrageous passion.
You're walking a dangerous tightrope without a balance pole!

Cops were killed when the TOP GUY, to use hcap's analogy encouraged the violence.
Statement like "typical white person." had consequences.
Can you imagine the uproar the resident libs would have if TRUMP ever said that?
Hypocrisy.
Absurdity.
Duplicity

I would have thought that since Mike lives in NYC he would have heard the term before. I have ... a million times and more, usually spoken by conservative Jews about liberal Jews.
I understand why elysian didn't like it -- he's a snowflake who lives in the ether world because he is too soft for the real world.
What could I say about Fan Dan? Well he should also know better about the term. But Fan Dan is the king of the piling on crowd so I understand his reasoning, wrong as it is.

Typical right BULL originally misquoted by Scott Baio In fact it was only election rhetoric... Not at a rally and nothing compared to the idiocy that passes as the leader of the free world

Obama attended a fundraiser June 13, 2008, at the Sheraton in downtown Philadelphia. Wall Street Journal reporter Amy Chozick provided a "pool report.
Chozick: June 13, 2008: He [Obama] warned that the general election campaign could get ugly. “They’re going to try to scare people. They’re going to try to say that ‘that Obama is a scary guy,’ ” he said. A donor yelled out a deep accented “Don’t give in!”
“I won’t but that sounded pretty scary. You’re a tough guy,” Obama said.
“If they bring a knife to the fight, we bring a gun,” Obama said. “Because from what I understand folks in Philly like a good brawl. I’ve seen Eagles fans.”

I didn't say any such thing, but that's been the common theme lately.
I can't understand why anyone would voluntarily continue to participate in a place they find distasteful. I know I wouldn't.
So either you actually don't find it as distasteful as you claim it to be, or there is some other reason why you stick around (like a paycheck from the mothership... )
