This started out about compassion for old and sick people being knocked off and then you turned to abortion with the death of unborn children. No bone to pick here, but no law to take away firearms would lessen the murder count here. Might even increase it. Spend some time in the worst parts of the 50 largest cities here and we'd come to find common ground here
Murder rates skyrocketed when drug use became more prevalent. I'd like to see that taken on first. That would be a compassionate action

Don't you just love backwards liberal logic? Our clueless friend from Canada thinks the murder rate will drop if we take all the guns away from the good guys, leaving all the bad guys with them instead plus all the ammo they need. Simple-minded libs think criminals will become law-abiding citizens in a gunless society and give up all their weapons too.

Finally, the Two-Spirit, lesbian, gay, bisexual, trans, queer and intersex people will be more protected in Canada. Even though Tucker Carlson reported tonight that near 20% of Canadians are hungry due to inflation and many emergency rooms are closing, money was found to protect the neglected 2% of Canadians in the 2SLGBTQI+ community.

I don't share that view at all. In fact I'm very optimistic and proud of America. Trump stress tested our system and it held up. The Supreme court handed down favorable decisions for conservatives, Republicans are succeeding at State level, and may take national legislative bodies. This is Democracy.

As far as guns go you had over 45,000 gun related deaths last year, also not a small number.
