I just started betting again after a long layoff. I used to think that the foreign bookmakers had an advantage over USA based ADW's but I think this is not true anymore. 5Dimes used to be my favorite for rebates but I don't think they even exist anymore. I had an account at www.betus.com.pa a long time ago so I funded that account and can strongly recommend staying away from these outlaws. I was not ready to bet horses until today so I used a small amount to play games in the casino. Today I tried to transfer my money into the racebook and the lady at Betus told me the money in my account was all from bonuses and it cannot be used in the racebook. I told her that I want to withdraw my balance and she said it was all their money now because it came from bonuses... I cannot explain any logic in this policy but I will never deposit with them again!
www.betus.com.pa must not make enough from taking juice from honest wagers.

By my last count...BetPTC was not available in 28 states! Consequently..."we are not available in all states" is a bit of an understatement...IMO.

I notice you have racingchannel listed but commented out as "Could not connect". That's true.

I've never had an account with them but I have used their results archive for many years.
It is VBA friendly, no password needed and all prices are to the $2 base.

They have stopped updating the results page as of last week.

Does anyone know if this is just temporary or are they now completely out of business?

Unfortunately (or maybe fortunately ) I only bet Harness.

I've reverted to getting the complete charts at USTA and Standardbred Canada. A little more work but not as many tracks as there used to be.

Like many others here, I started w/BRIS waaay back.
Nowadays the Twinspires video stream has gotten so bad I'm shopping for a different service. The issue for some of them, for me, is the exclusion of certain tracks.

Open betting accounts with multiple providers.

Amwager provides excellent service. They have a very good selection of tracks and the rebates are competitive.
