GP-Fairgrounds Will they ever learn

Once again, 2 tracks running big stakes programs and the last several races have gone off at almost the same time. Are these people that clueless? It never ceases to amaze me how somebody at these tracks can't delay the start of a race for 5 minutes so they don't compete. Most of the money is wagered off-track morons.

In a game run by idiots, why you expect them to have any respect for their customers?

And of course, speaking of idiots, TVG picks the lesser race to show live.

This game sucks most days.

TVG is the best it can muster for coverage of itself?

Idiots.

Personally, I could care less what the reasons are, they should not allow this to happen. All the mickey mouse they go through with delaying posts, jackpot p6's, etc, in order to increase handle, layering major circuits with stakes laden cards on top of each other dramatically hurts handle.

How frickin' hard would it be to modify your post time when you're FG to not layer over GP? They really can't work together, huh?

Not nearly as amusing as Schrupp being a wiseass about the numbers on the FG video graphic showing a bunch of "random" horses when in fact they were the right numbers, just all concealed by the oversized graphics that TVG overlays on top of the feed and obscures half of everything.

Horse racing is embarrassing. How do you promote the game and get people interested after witnessing the clown show that today was?

It is a complete "f!ck you" to the customers. My handle was minuscule today because of it. I hope others followed suit.

They all suck. In the FG Oaks you couldn't tell who was running 2-3 because the FG cameraman had it is such an angle that the horses were under the stupid Fair Grounds banner. The sport is run by a bunch of misfit morons. I've had it.

It sucks. But I just fire up a mediaplayer window for GP and TwinspiresTV for FG, and mute the one I have less interest in. We know GP is not going to cooperate. One possible solution would be for FG to get on the TRAKUS bus. That way, I could just mute both of them.

8 min to post for the FD. Let's see how long they delay my dinner.

FG wasn't really any better than GP today when it came to post drag.

Agreed 100% on both of your posts.

Comically, I turned on TVG for the first time all day to watch the Derby because it was easier to flip the channel than to load up the video feed online. I should have known better. In the five minutes that I watched, it was once again a total cluster and yet again, I'm left wondering when we will see one benefit of losing HRTV. At this point they should have just said we need to eliminate the last bit of remote competition so we can have zero expectations.

Didn't bet a dime on races today.
Only watched a couple.

However, I do have a sizable bet on the feature at Ring of Honor Wrestling right now......I prefer to wager on reputable sports.

To top off an long day of racing screwing up, Trakus acts up during the Florida Derby and no fractions or final times were posted, and still aren't. You can't make it up. There is nothing posted since the 10th race, so four races missing currently.

I would imagine they are going back and video timing things.....

Trakus had promise at one point but its hard to trust it anymore.

The pace seemed soft visually but who knows. I know the winner of the GP race got a perfect trip.
