Yes, this is a contest that you may enter anytime. There are no "minimum"plays required. It it a total return contest that doesn't factor in your losing bets. You could technically jump in on the last day and hit a huge one and win the whole thing.
You get $200 per day which is only Saturday, Sunday and Holidays.

I just read the whole "Money" episode a few minutes ago. Since the topic is closed and a decision has been passed down, I just wanted to say, had I seen what was being discussed in time, I would have voted for Money's post to be accepted.
By the way, whats the ruling on the post right above me ? Does it count ? What day is it supposed to be for ? Why is it posted here ?

The PACS Point System depends on the number of contestants. How is that number calculated in this contest? Does it include those who played only one time?

Yes. The contest rules do not specify a minimum participation level in order to qualify for prizes and contest award points.
Personally I would like to see some type of minimum beyond just one day's participation, but I knew the rules going in, and the absence of a minimum participation rate was not a deal breaker regarding my participation.
If enough folks wanted it, I'm sure Jay would give that serious consideration the next time this contest runs.

Regarding P.A.C.S. points and this contest, Track Collector is correct. The Ridersup is a long standing PaceAdvantage.com contest that we didn't want to change. This contest does not require a specific number of plays to qualify, therefor it takes just one play to qualify for the basic 200 P.A.C.S. points.

Congratulations CDAX
Congratulations cdax (Chris)! Not only did you hit the finishline first with a bang in the 'final yards', it was following a nearly contest-long, tenacious dogging of the leaders. We call that kind of a horse, and that kind of handicapper a 'fighter' - one who stays close to the hunt, ready to pick up opportunity. That persistence can be tiring in a long contest, and your success is a tribute to your skills!
I'll email you in the next day with the RDSS prize info - should come in handy!
Also congratulations to MONEY and casino for their fine finishes in-the-money. And to all the other contestants who made this year's edition of the Riders Up such a well fought and exciting event.
In addition to cdax, a shout-out to the other RDSS users who finished in the upper echelons: rmath, buffaloxp, pktruckdriver. Very fine work, gentlemen!
Ted
