An excerpt from the Manafort hearing:
Manafort’s attorneys argue the special counsel does not have the power to indict him on the charges they have brought – and seemed to find a sympathetic ear with Ellis.
The Reagan-appointed judge asked Mueller’s team where they got the authority to indict Manafort on alleged crimes dating as far back as 2005.
The special counsel argues that Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein granted them broad authority in his May 2, 2017 letter appointing Mueller to this investigation. But after the revelation that the team is using information from the earlier DOJ probe, Ellis said that information did not “arise” out of the special counsel probe – and therefore may not be within the scope of that investigation.
“We don’t want anyone with unfettered power,” he said.
(emphasis mine)
http://www.foxnews.com/politics/2018...-cmon-man.html
And this is the very Achilles Heel this investigation. The prosecution, truly stepped in it, when they said that "Rosenstein granted them broad authority in his May 2, 2017 letter appointing Mueller to this investigation. DOJ rules require that, in order for a Special Counsel to be appointed, a specific crime must be stipulated.
First of all, "collusion" isn't a crime. Secondly, the prosecutors have now admitted in court before this federal judge that the authority granted by Rosenstein was anything but specific, limited or targeted -- the authority was BROAD, and therefore, very likely in violation of DOJ rules. It's no wonder at all that Rosentstein refused to hand over the "scope memo" to Congress. Rosenstien wants to hide the length, breadth and height of the scope of this investigation. Once this is brought out into the light, then the whole world will know that Rosenstein gave Mueller unfettered power to go on a witch hunt. The whole purpose of the Mueller investigation to bring Trump down...no matter what it takes, not matter the cost, no matter the charge(s) -- when Trump's only "crime" was beating Hillary in the election.
The Mueller investigation is nothing less than the spearhead of a "soft" coup attempt.

And now Horowitz is very close to being done and has been doing new interviews on the Clinton email matter. That thing isn't going away yet.

No way in hell Mueller ends anything without taking blood from multiple people. He’s going to go down in history as a guy who let innocent people die just because he refused to admit he was wrong.
Look up his history. He has put people in prison that he knew where innocent. It does not take a grande leap of knowledge to understand that his future Wikipedia article will not be complementary. He’s going to get as much blood as he can get it try like hell to end this presidency. He has a team full of clintonistas and the power to indict anyone he wants.
He is the proverbial sword of the left and the Democratic Party. He’s the only weapon they have against a populist taking their presidency away from them again in the future. No way does he lay down. he is the proverbial sword of the left and the Democratic Party. He’s the only weapon they have against a populist taking their presidency away from them again in the future. No way does he lay down his sword without ruining more lives of those who helped dethrone the hag.
He’s also got support from the never Trumper crowded. They feel the same way, Jeb Bush is sitting on the beach in Miami somewhere when he should be in the White House taking advice from the Bill Kristols of the world.

His purpose never was investigatory.
He started with a presumption of guilt and his nly work was to make it look good for the public. Your typical democrat.
Time for Trump to fire him.

Yup, that's the way it always works for the Party of Evil. It's the seriousness of the charge that justifies the presumption of guilt.

I'll dump this here:
http://www.foxnews.com/politics/2018...om-bureau.html
Two FBI officials who worked closely with embattled former bureau director James Comey have left the agency, Fox News has confirmed.
Jim Baker, a top FBI lawyer who was reassigned in late 2017 after being linked to a journalist who wrote about the so-called "Trump dossier," is reportedly looking to join the Brookings Institution, a Washington think tank.
Lisa Page, whose electronic communications with another FBI employee drew accusations of political bias, "resigned" Friday to "pursue other opportunities," an FBI spokesperson told Fox News.
So two more rats run for cover. I wonder if it is because the IG is getting too close, and if they resign, he can't interview them. I suspect the IG report will be a blockbuster.
Of course, Comey came out and said what a great public servant Baker was. Kiss my ass Comey, you narcissistic turd.

Page and Baker have already spilled their guts to Horowitz, hence are now allowed to leave.
Prediction because of dum dum Muellers and Rosenstein errors Manafort, Cohen and Flynn charges will all be dismissed and will be paid reparations.
