Belmont Thursday 6-28-12

Had an awesome day here yesterday, we'll see if I can keep it rolling. A little tougher card today but there are a few I like. Play $10 WP on top pick and roll the pick 3's for the buck.

Race -1 The . McPeek runner gets Castellano up today. goes 2 sprints to a route for a 28% trainer move and 18% 2nd time routing. Back on the main track today should get to the winners circle. (2-8-4)

Race -2 The . Tough field of Mdn filly runners here. I've landed here for Pletcher who hits at 22% with 1st time starters. Bullet work on the Sar training track Jun 21st. (2-1-5)

Race -3 The . Back to back 2 yrs Mdn races. This one for colts with only one who has raced. I'll go with the Pletcher runner for most the same reasons as above. (5-2-1)

Race -4 The . Last seen in Apr where she won a race with a 93 Bris fig. A repeat of that effort would take this. Brown hits at 27% off the layoff and 31% after winning last race. Could be a big day for JJ in the saddle. (2-10-4)

Race -5 The . Contessa runner finally gets back on the green today. Chased a runaway winner in the slop in last. Takes a slight drop today for a 13% trainer move. Back on track today. (3-10-6)

Race -6 The . 1st timer for Hushion who hits at 10% with 1sters. Great workout on Jun 24th going 5F in 1:00 1/5th b. Dam has thrown 4 winners from 5 runners. We'll take 5-1 here. (5-6-4)

Race -7 The . 3rd tme off the layoff for Mott here. Ships in from Pim for an 18% trainer move. Bullet work over the training track on the 24th signals readiness. (6-3-9)

Race -8 The . Ran a winning race when finishing 4th in an ultra-tough Alw race vs winners the 1st time. A repeat of that 94 Bris figure takes this handily. Bullet work to boot. I'll jump in with both feet here at 6-1. (6-9-2)

Race -9 The . Was part of an uncoupled Clement entry. the scratch of the leaves this one as the one to beat. Been freshened for this by excellent turf trainer. (8-5-6)

Race -10 The . I'm banking on a Clement double here. Comes off a 2nd place finish as the fav last out. Trainer hits at 24% right back. 3rd start in NY a winning one. (4-2-5)

Good Luck N Good Racing From The KidCapper !!

A little interested in the #8 here.
Generally runs well vs NY breds, goes turf to dirt, gets a hustling jock in Castro today, expect him to be more forwardly placed in his second start for jerkens.
Price isn't much though, which may prevent a play...currently 6-1 but i am looking for about 8-1.
Will use with the 2-4 ofcourse and a little 6 also.
