Say Hello to My Little Friend (Again)
http://www.msn.com/en-us/tv/news/coe...D=ansmsnnews11
The Coen brothers are planning a 2018 release for a third version of Scarface (thirty-five years after the Al Pacino version, and eighty-six years after the original Paul Muni version).
This time, instead of being of Italian descent in Chicago, or of Cuban descent in Miami, the protagonist will reportedly be of Mexican descent in Los Angeles.

Been a big fan of the Coen brothers ever since "Blood Simple" and "The Big Lebowski " is one of my top 10 favorites.

I'll be forgetting about Saratoga on the release date, 8/10/2018. There's got to be a war on drugs in the script, right? Alec Baldwin...............President Trump.
Opening scene, 1:30 AM, somewhere in Southern Texas. Aspiring drug lord Jose Gomez-Mescallin, high on his own product, scales the 30 foot high border wall using a rope, grappling hook, and crampons, while smoking a cigar. Craftily avoiding the barbed wire barrier on the US side, he ducks into the shadows as the US Border Patrol's drone flies noisily overhead. Exhilarated, the next scene shows Scarface on foot in the outskirts of LA, humming America The Beautiful to himself, backed by the Mormon Tabernacle Choir. This movie is a slam-dunk mega hit in waiting, the Coen Brothers will just do a great job.
Yeah, baby

And after giving a good look around, he muses to himself:
"One big enchilada...waiting to be eaten".
