Acker
First time starter Saturday at SA in race 10. Heard some good things about this three-year old and am looking forward to watching him race.

Good call on this horse.
Very tough for any Include/Broad Brush sire line to do well
going 6f. The 2nd dam is champion Halfbridled.

He is entered at a mile and a sixteenth, Race 4, and Sonneteer is entered also. I may get a decent price on this one

If you told me after this horse's debut that 2 starts later he'd be in for a tag I would've had a very hard time believing you. Surprised they won't even give him one spin on the turf in MSW company, he could be yours tomorrow for 62.5k if anyone's interested.

Ever since I pulled this race up Sunday evening, I assumed Mandella would scratch this entry. This entry doesn't make sense, and it's not Mandella's style. When he cashes out on a horse, it's right to the basement. He cuts bait as quick as anyone, and rarely tries to squeeze a few extra bucks out of the claim box. I'd be a bit surprised if he wins this turf 1 1/8th race, more surprised than if he was re-entered on dirt with MSW and won. This horse simply doesn't make sense to me in this race, and his debut was legit and too good to ignore.
