I could live with Jordan as Speaker, but let's not get fooled by him -- he is not the conservative firebrand he's painted out to be.
First, to repeat: he's all hat and no cattle.
What has he done to impeach Biden, subpoena Hunter, rid the country of Mayorkas, and hold accountable countless other villains? As he promised he would do all last year if the GOP won a majority in the House. The GOP win did but he did bupkus.
Secondly, and this isn't widely known but Jordan is actually owned and paid for by Google. Jordan also railed against the tech oligarchs that de-platformed Trump and other conservatives. And their squelching of free speech everywhere. Again he did bupkis.
If Jordan wins note that he's calling for a Continuing Resolution and is looking to stopping the single department and agency budget votes as Matt Gaetz and the 7-8 patriots want and the USA needs.
I just read there's another guy running for Speaker --
Austin Scott from Georgia.
He is another McCarthy back bencher and is from Georgia. There are only 1-2 Georgia republicans worth their salt, and Austin Scott isn't one of them. He has repeatedly spoken out against the patriots in the Freedom Caucus.
I'd rather have Jordan than this clown.
If Jordan doesn't win this vote to be Speaker within the next couple of days, then look for people like Bryan Donalds, Tom Massie, and maybe Nicole Malliotakis as an alternative.
We live in interesting times.
