Mueller is a one trick pony.

Quote:
Mueller’s unprecedented prosecution raises three novel arguments: first, that speaking out about American politics requires a foreign citizen to register under the Foreign Agents Registration Act; second, that speaking out about American politics requires a foreign citizen list their source and expenditure of funding to the Federal Election Commission; and third, that mistakes on visa applications constitute “fraud” on the State Department. All appear to borrow from the now-discredited “honest services” theories Mueller’s team previously used in corporate and bribery cases, cases the Supreme Court overturned for their unconstitutional vagueness. The indictment raises serious issues under the free speech clause of the First Amendment and due process rights under the Fifth Amendment.

Now that Mueller is alleging that non-citizens committed a crime for trying to influence the American public about an election because those citizens did not register as a foreign agent nor record their financial expenditures to the Federal Elections Commission, does it mean the DACA people who engaged in influencing the American public about the election shoud be indicted? How about the non-DACA illegal immigrants who protested immigration policy trying to influence elections? I am sure they did not register as froreign agents or record their financial expenditures to the Federal Elections Commission.

Mueller is grasping at straws and is potentially setting an ugly precedent with his bogus allegations of crimes.

So which is it? A conspiracy guy like you with your repeated comments about Obama's "wait until after the election" comment should be seeing one in every corner here.

Pretty sure he hasn't said they haven't done anything and also pretty sure he said we should have better relations with Russia...not that they should be our friends.

But that could just be my kool-aid drinking Trump ass-kissing syndrome kicking in...you would know better exactly what is said...maybe you can confirm.

Then again, Trump has probably said both things knowing him.

Great point.
Idict them all!
Then deport them.

This stuff happened in 2014, under 0bama, and before Trump declared his candidacy. 0bama and his people knew what was going and kept it quiet, planning to bury it should Hillary have own. When she did not, they called an audible.

0bama is the one who should be investigated.
0bama is the one who tried to fix the election though his inaction.

No. You obviously have no clue as to what is going on or you would not ask that question. Christopher Steele was hired first by the Free Beacon, then by the DNC to find damaging material against Trump.

Here are the differences between what the DNC did and what the Trump campaign and transition team did.

The DNC contracted with a British citizen and respected member of the international intelligence community to uncover actual wrong doing.

The Trump campaign conspired with Russian intelligence actors to disseminate specious rumors and lies.

The information in the Dossier was gathered from individual Russians and there is evidence to support many of them.

The accusations against the Hillary campaign are internet rumors supported by little or nothing.

I doubt if those 13 Russian nationals were indicted for speaking to Christopher Steele.

You just don't get it. Mueller is building his case one brick at a time. Flynn and Papadopoulos have been charged for lying to the FBI and are cooperating in the investigation. Manafort and Gates have been charged on several counts and it looks as if Gates will be turning states evidence soon.

I'm sure there are many threads being combined even as we speak-forgive the mixed metaphors. We will not know where this is all leading until the day Mueller hands down his indictments or recommends impeachment.

According to Dan Pena "There is only two things that can f*&ck things up from being the greatest transformation of wealth ever.

1.) We go to war with Russia
2.) Monetary error with the Fed or World Bank putting the whole world into hyperinflation.

Other than that we could completely flatten NK or Iran or both and NO one would give a shit and business would act is if nothing is wrong.

In short Rudy Giuliani managed Trump as a insulator that no one could compromise his principal to any special counsel investigation.

It is all about the money, and has always been the driving plan.

This is not kool-aid Mike, it was always the plan to rock the world.

If ellysian doesn't tear you a new one for the above then he is not to be counted on any longer for his "unbiased and objective political insights."

What a steaming pile that was.

Yes.

He's wrong.

We have no idea what was in the Steele dossier. We know it was enough verifiable Intel to be used in the FISA warrant. We also know that during his investigation Steele felt compelled to tell his buddy at the FBI that helped with the FIFA investigations.

Beyond that we really don't know anything.

As far as you with Trump and Russia yes he is completely denying their meddling. Another reason why sanctions aren't being enforced is the cockamamie argument that the threat of them is preventing them from meddling even though the CIA completely disagrees with this.
