Aussault Charges dropped against Juan Guerrero
http://www.phillyburbs.com/my_town/b...6bf64e612.html
Excerpt:
In early November, internationally known horse trainer Juan C. Guerrero was charged with indecently assaulting a 23-year-old woman at Parx Racetrack.
On Thursday, the criminal charge was dropped because the District Attorney’s office determined no crime was committed, according to Bucks County assistant district attorney Blake Jackman.

Records show that the horses trained by Guerrero have won millions of dollars.
guys like this can make big money at parx, but come 2012 (without warning) they drop poker comps earned more than a mere 60 days ago?

Not being a Parx player, at least not often, I never heard of him until these charges came up on the board here.
I guess he went to the Hermain Cain school on how to score.
I noticed his wife was with him in court........

http://www.paulickreport.com/news/ra...-not-lift-ban/
Despite criminal charges being dropped against him in an alleged “indecent assault” on a female racetrack employee, the 10-year ban of leading trainer Juan Carlos Guerrero from Parx Racing will not be lifted, according to Frank McDonnell, assistant general counsel for the Bensalem, Pa., racetrack and casino.
“The information we have indicates that Mr. Guerrero is a potential threat to all the women of our backstretch and we will not lift our Ejection of him,” McDonnell said in an email to the Paulick Report. “We believe the District Attorney used improper judgment and reasoning in not presenting the case to a jury, particularly since Mr. Guerrero admitted his conduct to the Bensalem police.”

not that they needed a reason, but this was good enough to throw a 40% trainer out. 40% trainer's don't help the game of horse racing. they allow jammie ness to race there, but they refuse him stalls.
i know that they have been filling the empty stalls with some pretty decent people. i know one of them very well, TOM IANOTTI, he is not only a great trainer, but a very honest human being. he was an assistant to another trainer that is as ethical as it gets, ANTHONY DUTROW. these are the type of guys that will give horse racing a good name.

If they are going to use the reason that Guerrero is a threat against women for his banishment, those jocks at Parx and most tracks in the country better watch their backs. Tracks could lose half the jocks room if that reason was ever used against them.

Mr Vaz is the culprit! JC Guerrero won't be coming back either Parx is private property and just like kicking somone out of the casino for card counting or stealing the track and casino have the right to do this.
