Turf Paradise open for simulcasting

The track and associated OTBs are open now, Thursday-Sunday. Days will be added as more tracks are opened.

Quote:
Simulcast tracks featured in May will be Churchill Downs, Charlestown, Los Alamitos, Assiniboia, Will Rogers, Fonner Park, Ruidoso Down and Mountaineer Park.

In June additional tracks, such as Belmont Park, Charlestown, Louisiana Downs, Indiana Grand and Emerald Downs, will join the schedule.

Arizona Downs have opened all their OTBs as well with the same tracks as Turf Paradise. Come and try us out at Arizona Downs racetrack or one of our OTB’s https://arizonadowns.com/off-track-betting/

It appears from the Turf Paradise announcement that Stronach is still not providing simulcasting of its tracks (Gulfstream, Tampa, etc.) to Arizona tracks. Is that the case with Az Downs too? Any progress being made? Lack of access to some tracks could leave me at home betting online rather than going to the track or to an OTB.

You cant bet the stronarch tracks from home either, at least not the legit racing sites.

I can. I use Xpressbet, which I recently learned is owned by Stronach. Small world.

Hi Clocker!

AZD is working with senior people at Stronach and Monarch at the moment and we hope to have a resolution soon. It is frustrating for us and most of all, our customers. Everybody should have access to the same signals and we are hopeful this will be soon sorted out.

Craig.

Hi Track Collector:

We have been working on the track surface to prepare for training and racing with Dennis Moore from Santa Anita and Breeders' Cup. There is no racing commission quorum currently in AZ so we are working with other official channels and hope to make a positive announcement very soon. A lot also depends of course on whether Yavapai County lets us have on track attendance. Live handle is extremely important to a track like ours.

You or anyone else can feel free to email me: craig@arizonadowns.com if you have specific questions.

Cheers,

CB
