They don't. They read something on-line and then rush to Pace Advantage.Com to post it quick, before somebody else posts it first. Just like the rest of us guys do.

Not only a respiratory specialist, but, epidemiologists, and infectious disease experts throughout the world. Lots of them versus one guy in a totally different specialty. Any other neurosurgeon backing him up?
And he has a bit of "baggage"

Some checking and......

Russell Blaylock: Neurosurgeon turned Newsmax conspiracy theorist and pseudoscience peddler

I would not take this at face value.

Good. Put your mask on, Mr. Sheeple.

I see the point to my post completely alluded you. No doubt it was way above your IQ level?

Here you are a layman questioning a professional just because his field of medical expertise (of which you have none) differs from some other medical expert's field.

The issue of surgical/masks, their function, their purpose, efficacy, etc., I have to think, is rather elementary and taught in Medicine 101.

Do surgical masks protect against coronavirus?

https://www.foxnews.com/health/do-su...st-coronavirus

Masks, for the most part, are being mandated for their visual effect: To instill fear, panic and anxiety.

Where is your scientific study that show wearing a face mask is effective for this virus?

Doctors have been telling us from the start that masks are really only good for one thing. They help you stop touching your face. That's the main mode of transmission...

This doc was telling us all this back in March...he's a front line doctor in NYC and he'll tell you all about masks in this video.

He'll also tell you that absent touching the virus and then your face, you'd have to sit in a pretty enclosed area with an infected person for a good 20-30 minutes to have a good chance of catching the virus from the air...

So yes, masks aren't all that useful during mundane, day-to-day tasks while out and about...

But they sure do drive that fear-factor home....

It occurs to me that it's well within a person's rights as a citizen to breathe some fresh air. My heart goes out to those who are forced to wear a paper mask all day long on the job. I wear mine for half an hour here and there when I go shopping...and I can't stand it.

It's more likely you can't stand your own putrid stench as one of the walking dead. For once I would agree with you.

Then that’s a good thing, right?

1. I'd match my I.Q. against yours anytime.

2. But you are questioning what men say whose medical expertise is in the field.

3. No, i didn't know that...DUH !! You jerk!

So, why should anyone else, then, care about whether you're wearing a mask or not, since if you don't you're putting yourself at risk. No one else.

Well, apparently, you think only certain medical specialists are educated enough to inform us about masks. Duh!

So, remind us again as to why that neurosurgeon is qualified to talk about masks? Did he flunk out on Medical Protective Gear 101 in first year med?
