Reporting it to PA would make me kind of a 'Board Cop'...ya know...like typing 'Red Card' (which you've done)

Besides the obvious, now you know why I chose to challenge RFTR instead of BigAl or The NY Times.
Oh yeah, back to the obvious....there is a video of two white people who are not law enforcement officers shooting and killing a black man. RFTR asserted that he stole something. Got any video of that pal?
So...which allegation do you think is more plausible?
A) racism was at the root of this killing, or...
B) he definitely stole something so this shooting was legal
