I am shocked that this has happened

Raiders were looking good in terms of winning games and having success but the last 2 games they played they seemed off and is kinda funny that them losing 2 games in a row then this comes out about Grunden

Strange things are happening

I agree, thaskalos. He is done...you just CAN'T do what he did in today's world. Doesn't matter if it was 10 years ago.

Bring up the thread from when he got hired . Knew he was a moron back then. Meyers is another one. How these guys get jobs like this , Ill never know. PS. The Raiders were never going to win shit while he was there. A good amount of those players are glad hes gone. The guy is no good.

Other than the Michelin tire comment, I don't see anything in there word wise that the average heterosexual male has not probably thought or said, in one form or another. Of course none of us would have typed them up in an e-mail and sent them to an executive in the NFL, especially if we used the league to make our living.

Michael Sam was doing nothing but using being gay to get his 15 minutes of fame. He was a publicity stunt, if he was straight or closeted he would not have been drafted. Who the hell hasn't used the two other words that start with p and f to describe a guy, even screwing around among friends? As for Caitlyn Jenner, can someone honestly say they would be fooled that person has always been female? Can they also say they didn't find it shocking that all the stories over the years of Bruce who won a gold medal making him to many the world's best all around male athlete wanted to be a woman were true?

Gruden just stupidly put things in writing that a lot of us have said or thought over the years to some extent.

No shit. But a lot of us are not the face of a billion dollar franchise. Plus, it’s more than that . He’s just a toxic individual. And I couldn’t understand why he was liked as an announcer either. He just said stupid crap constantly. And listening to players and other managers that worked with him….. he was a two faced bum. If you can speak a man in the face….. pretty much a coward too. The guy is just gonna bring problems where ever he goes.

One guy loses his job for saying someone has big lips and another paints his face in black but keeps his job as a governor of a state. Figure it out, cause I sure can't.

I never thought he was any good in the booth. But he did have some knack for coaching.

oh man
Commissioners of the sports leagues take a lot of heat from fans

If they start with avg. Joes, and go back to AOL days, and sports forums, there wouldn't be a work force.

I don't know how I feel about this.

I would never even think anything beyond jock/coach-schtick asshole, if it weren't for his 10 year old emails now being selectively shared publicly.

Not something I want to invest a lot of thought in.
Sounds weird, but also that he went over the line in work-related stuff.

When I get rich, I'll try to remember to pay a person to transform my texts, emails, etc... into statements

If your talking about Governor Ralph "Blackface" Northam what I find most baffling is that POS lied about it. First he owned it and said it was him, then he turned around and said it wasn't. One of those has to be a lie, right?
