The government should issue a check to every American not accused of shoplifting for $950.
I realize this a California sponsored enticement to shoplift, but how much federal money has Calif. received due to reckless spending and waste?

Expect Target to exit SF next.
They started closing all of their stores in the city @ 6:00 awhile back.
The downtown area is emptying out.........business/residents can't take the BS anymore.
FWIW:
Shoplifters caught stealing anything over $250 or so in the next county over from SF will always do jail time.
The big cities have ruined California.
It's the idiot voters fault........they're clueless morons.

NO, it is not the chief of police that is the problem. It is the stupid California legislature with the new laws that favor criminals over law abiding citizens. Now they are going to feel the failures on a daily basis with the stores closing and companies exiting San Francisco in droves.

Along with the Soros installed attorney generals. This is where he gets the most bang for his buck.
