It's amazing how they lie to us about everything. Even the little stuff.

You can imagine how big the lies have been over the years.

And yet, a majority of people still want to believe the lie.

better yet, they call Trump's election claims the supposed "BIG LIE"

No, no, no, no my friends. That's absolute BABY SHIT compared to what Y'ALL ARE SWALLOWING.

Anyone getting hit with extremely inflated shipping charges? I noticed business consumables I buy with regularity in the same volume getting shipping charges that are double or more of what I paid in the last 6 months to a year. I got two small one pound boxes that traveled 300 miles UPS ground and was billed $46 + $5 handling. That is insane.

No 8% inflation for me. I have a small machine shop, on a repeat job I do one to two times a year I recently completed, I paid $1400 for the raw materials and consumable tooling. Checking my receipts the previous time I did the job less than a year ago the same exact items cost $1000. I see a lot of items up 30-40%. I think about the only business expense that isn't up is electricity. With the huge increase in gas prices I can't wait to see what heating oil will sell for which I will need soon.

List of items regularly bought:

Bacon...$6.29 versus $4.49 6 months ago +40%
Ribeye steak...$15.99 versus $11.99 6 months ago +33%
Blueberries...$5.99 versus $4.99 non-season price 12 months ago +20%
Ground beef...$4.99 80/20 roll versus $3.99-4.49 6 months ago(and regularly on sale for 2.99) +11%

The list goes on and on.

I CAN think of a few items that have held steady. But definitely nothing that has gone down, and more have gone UP versus steady.

I am not in the camp of blaming the sitting President for inflation, but the policies set forth look like It's only going to get worse folks.

I usually don't blame the president for the economy, but it is pretty obvious his attitude and policies against oil companies have helped drive up the price of petroleum products and his generous helpings of money for nothing have helped fuel supply chain issues due to labor shortages. Also the money for nothing has caused desperate businesses to way over pay for unskilled labor and that cost is passed on to their customers.

Biden policy's, all measured out before he took the oath of office. Do you really think he cares about rising gas prices, he welcomes it. You are small business, and he has already picked who is supposed to win over you. So I am all for small business, I just do not see relief in the picture.
