I didn't need an enhanced video to see that there looked like there was SOMETHING on the back of his head...

Just a question of time until charges are filed against Zimmerman. Phone records of the Zimmerman family and police/prosecutor et al. are bound to be subpoenaed. To many investigations ensuing for everyone to go home without some type of prosecution.

Upon closer inspection, it did kinda look like it could be the mark of the beast. Hollywood would certainly proffer that theory.

Spin what? The guy's got a bump on his noggin, which he trumped with a slug to the other guy's chest. He, his daddy, and the original State Attorney will soon be grilled by the feds, if they haven't left the country yet.
When will the pictures of Z's broken nose show up, along with the grass-stained jacket?
Prediction: Guy will be arrested, charged, tried, and acquitted by local authorities. "He said, he said" case with no reliable witnesses and one of the he's is dead. Further prediction: Guy will be arrested, charged, and will cop a plea to Federal civil rights violations and be sued successfully in civil court for wrongful death a la OJ.

The way kids are today is completely different than what you portray. Would not surprise me one bit that this kid became aggressive. Not at all. This kid was 6'3 and 17. This wasnt a kid that would be subject to kidnap by a stranger. I am sure Zim instigated the contact from all accounts, but there are witnesses who say he was on the bottom, getting his butt whipped.
I agree this asshole had no right to be playing cop. His call to 911 should have ended his participation. As to the gun, he had a permit.
And he should have never used the gun. As i have said before.

Even better. Grand jury fails to indict. Riots tear up Sanford and then Eric Holder goes after Zimmerman

Really? You're sure? So, you're saying that Zimm was the physical aggressor in this? He initiated the physical assault upon Martin? Links, please.

Instigated the contact......does not mean what you are reading into it.
Contact doesn't mean physical contact. Maybe I am talking too much like a cop again.

What part of "the contact" don't you understand? It is an indisputable fact that Zimmerman initiated the contact. You might be the only person on earth trying to argue otherwise, but then again, you're worried about militant blacks who seek to thin the white herd.

I have yet to find an instance where someone went to prison for following someone and asking what they're up to.
Unless we'd like to speculate that he was following him because he was black. Hell, let's speculate the SHIT out of it, then send this Hispanic up the friggin' river!
Whitey ain't involved. What a relief.
Has anyone read statistics on racial bias of HispTino's to Blacks? Through the roof!
I hope with this incident we can start a national dialogue.
Let's face it. Like I've always said - This entire case is all about race.

I thought the Constitution was designed to be flexible to meet the needs of the current political, social and economic situation. That is why the founders allowed for amendments. Even the amendments can be amended on overturned.

Absolutely. Zimmerman should have allowed himself to be pummeled to death. What was he thinking? Very selfish of him to want to preserve his own life.
