Man, couldn't agree with that line more. Natalie Wood's beauty was undeniably compelling. If we're only to consider physical appearance then she probably gets my support for the epitome of perfect female beauty. Her dad was from Vladivostok and her mom was from Siberia so maybe Thaskalos is on to something in regard to Russian women.

I think for the most part I agreed with the essance of the article posted by C.J.'s Dad. I read it to mean a few things, but mostly that "pretty" is not only from the appearance attribute with which most associate it but also from qualities such as modesty, innocence and virtue. A society where young women aspire to be pretty, rather than scorching tight-leather hot, brings out the best in its young men as well, calling on them to use their better judgement and to conduct themselves in a more virtuous way. This is what most men may instictively prefer but simply don't realize it fully because of the fog of daily pop-culture innundation. Men, by our nature, want something of value to honor and defend, not simply a commodity as suggested by the writer.

Ask 10 guys who they prefer, Ginger or Mary Ann? I bet Mary Ann wins. What would have been interesting is if that woud have been the same response if the actresses switched roles. In any event the great Ginger - Mary Ann debate of the past 40 decades may be touching on the theme of the article.

Hot is Horrible.

Three modern fashion trends of today's so called "Hot Woman" that this old traditionalist finds disgusting, repulsive, and a total turn off:
1. Tattoos.
2. Breast enhancements.
3. Shaved pubic areas.

Pretty is everlasting in my opine. All commodities have a shelf life.

There is an inner and outer version of both pretty and hot.

Hot makes assumptions that pretty doesn't need.
You're such a wise man, and such a gentleman, JR.

Pretty is at ease, comfortable.

Hot, on the other hand, has to work at it, and she knows it.

Must be slipping, old age and all that. Forgot about this one, yes indeed, almost as bad as tattoos. What is bad is that many women qualify on every one of the listed negative points. Will take an older woman that has kept her natural good figure every time over the younger one that has practiced self mutilation.

Do you have hair down there?
If so, why? What is the purpose of it?

Well, if you must know; no. Medical condition.

How 'bout you, Bub. You got hair on your keister? If so, what's that cultivation for?

Keister? Do you mean butt?
You were referring to hair on women's butts?

Many men find a woman's pubic hair to be very erotic. "Full natural" or Classic triangle" can be very attractive. Just as some women find bald men to be attractive while others dislike baldness.
