The Left Just Got Crushed
I didn't say it...he did:

Quote:
There will be no court packing. No added states. Nothing from the toxic progressive-fantasy wishlist will come anywhere close to passing. Instead, we will have grinding, obstructive gridlock. Some will demand that Biden push through progressive priorities by executive order. But every time he does — like every incident of urban rioting and looting, every effort to placate the left-wing "Squad" in the House, every micro-targeted identity-politics box-checking display of intersectional moral preening and finger-wagging — the country will move closer to witnessing a conservative backlash that results in Republicans taking control of the House and increasing their margin in the Senate in November 2022, rendering the Biden administration even more fully dead in the water.
That's the playbook. We saw it in 1994, when Republicans leveraged opposition to Bill Clinton's effort to pass health-care reform into a successful effort to take control of the House for the first time in 40 years. We saw it again in 2010, when Republicans leveraged opposition to Barack Obama's successful push to pass the Affordable Care Act into the largest shift of seats in the House in 62 years (and far bigger than the one Democrats managed two years into the Trump administration in 2018). This time the leverage is likely to come from culture-war conflict, but the Republican strategy will be the same.

So, to sum it up...
The Republicans gained seats in the house....
The Republicans will hold onto the Senate....
And we will likely have a dementia-riddled dirty old man as POTUS who is beholden to Russia and China.
So not much has changed?
I'm ok with this, actually.

The left was never in this election. It was middle road democrats and independents, pissed off white women and buyer’s remorse that gets Biden elected.

I'll tip my hat to the new constitution,
take a bow for the new revolution.
Smile and grin at the change all around,
Pick up my guitar and play.
Just like yesterday,
Then I'll get on my knees and pray.
We don't get fooled again,
Don't get fooled again, no, no..

You wave the white flag way too fast, the left is viewed by the whole world as weak and ineffective. Way too likely to get these United States into serious trouble with foreign affairs or worse war. I suggest everyone look beyond the baby Mario thinking, these United States are quite safe right now. I am not suggesting the end of the world if Biden wins the Presidency like they suggested when Trump took office, anyone remember that? So I always ask know what you have before big changes.

This is a GOOD THING Ralph.
It will give the neocons and all those itching to get us into foreign wars and entanglements things to do again...gotta use all those shiny new weapons Trump built on something, right?
Election fraud...can't happen...doesn't happen...lol
Yeah, right.
It was SO EASY...and they say it never/can't happen...
Trump did ORDERS OF MAGNITUDE better than ANYONE in the MSM or the left on here thought he would do...but gosh darn...he just fell a little short...ROTFLMAO

I agree. It will be Trumps fault. For the next 4 years anything that comes up will be Trumps fault. See what he did, and we are going to fix it. I believe Covid will be ongoing with the same excuse. The media will make out Kamala to be an angel to our country.

I’m 69 and can’t think of ANY case that’s had a direct impact on my life so I’ve never cared much if the court was conservative or liberal. I like former justice Scalia’s request to the Senate...” Just send us someone that’s smart.”

I know the biased media can do some pretty heavy lifting, but I don't think it can do that.

Kind of ironic, given Trump has spent the last 4 years blaming literally anything that didn't go his way on anyone else, including Obama. Do you disagree?
Also, did I miss something where there has been no terrorism in the last 4 years globally?

The best news of this election for the right was that Trump gained market share in evert single demographic (white women. Hispanic men and women, black men and women, and other men and women). The only demographic where he lost market share was white men. Those lost white men weren't anti republican votes. They were anti Trump votes.
If "Trump" could make significant gains with minorities now, imagine what's going to happen as they start moving up the economic ladder and the republican candidate is Hispanic or a person less demonized by the left and their corrupt partners in the "media".
I knew the day would come when religious, family oriented, conservative Hispanics would start switching, but I thought it would take a generation before they moved up the economic ladder and started making the switch. It took awhile for previous immigrant groups.
Well guess what. It's starting now.
We may only be 10-15 years away from democrats screaming to build a wall.
The key is that the republicans have to continue reaching out like Trump did. Like I said, if HE could make progress despite the demonization from the far left and corrupt media there's a lot of room to make rapid progress.

Henceforth we should never use the term "mainstream media" anymore. We need to be more accurate. The "corrupt media".
