Canada horse in Longacres Mile

Does anyone know how horses have gotten from Hastings (British Columbia) to Emerald Downs for the Longacres Mile Handicap?

I am just curious as the border is supposed to be closed - or is it open for business traffic? What about the connections and jockeys, did they have to quarantine or anything?

I am glad to see such nice horses, but Insley has such strict rules ....

Probably falls under an exception for professional/work related movements.

Free movement of animals and connections, as they are considered essential services because of the agricultural connection.
