I know... right. We heard weekly if not daily that Trump was unstable, needed a cognitive test. And as you mentioned 25th.

But with the evidence seen daily that Joe's cheese has slid off his cracker... topped off with stealing classified government documents for which he claims to know nothing about, which is quite possible he does not remember stealing them now.
