“Drain The Swamp” is an idiotic phrase. First of all swamps or wetlands are very important ecologically. Draining an actual swamp would be a disaster.
Of course Washington DC is not a swamp in any sense of the word. It is necessary to a functioning society. Without rules and entities to enforce those rules we would have anarchy. Tough $*#t if that interferes with your supposed freedom. Freedom does not include the right to take advantage of others.

It's the most corrupt, least meritocratic place on earth.
Thus, a swamp deserving of complete drainage

Maybe, if you opened your mind and researched the evidence out there, you might find it. It’s amazing you can find your “willy," through the maze of your ignorant mindset.

Rush Limbaugh was powerful, Newt Gingrich was powerful and knew the Constitution, and Ronald Reagan was powerful who knew how to talk to both sides.
This one, I don't know

Until Trump came along... most people didn't think the deep state Swamp was as deep or a real thing... President Trump shown a million watt 8000k floodlight on them. That can't be unseen. The first step in any endeavor is exposes it. Trump did that... more so then any President in American history. He woke people up in a good way... opened their eyes. All while fighting for the betterment of society as a whole. From border security to energy independents. Hell Ronald Reagan can't be credited with those accomplishments. He did a hellofa job... you can't fault him for the hordes of backstabbing Marxists POS that cheated us and President Trump.
With all things wisdom comes with experience... he'd be much the wiser second time around. They know that and is why they are so desperate to stop his run in 24.

Best post in the last 60 days, after reading about the serious mistakes Trump made and wrong appointments to positions I ask who has been able to do anything without missteps?
Ontherail, you might not get "blog points" for this post, but you would points from me for being very accurate and concise.

And all of the marginalized people you Liberals CLAIM to care about...how much better off are they now than they were before??? Look at Democrat-led Cities for your proof.
I said it to your Goofball Cohort PhantomOnTour weeks ago...and I'll say it to you. Liberal Politicians only fool the Idiots WHO WANT TO BE FOOLED. Liberal "Leaders" have been supposedly "helping" these disadvantaged people for decades. If any of this "help" had materialized...why in the Hell do Liberals continue to scream about this like the World is on fire??? Democrats aren't EVER going to help ANYONE. Any problem that actually gets fixed is one less Wedge Issue they have to Politic with. Democrats have had The White House and a Majority in both sides of Congress for a long time now. What have they done to improve the lives of disadvantaged people??? N O T H I N G...and they have absolutely no intention to.
Stay mad. Get a little more mad every day. We all know why you are...and will. You miserable Ghouls deserve every bit of what is coming.

You know what’s bullshit? This cult of personality surrounding Trump. He gobbled up special interest money like the hungry swamp hippo he is. Not to mention putting a bunch of retreads in his administration.
If you didn’t realize the power/influence of the deep state before Trump you were either ignorant or not paying attention.
The Devil's Chessboard: Allen Dulles, the CIA, and the Rise of America's Secret Government is a good read about the DS.
