Wise words. Who knew?

It's also 0-0, and Brady threw a tipped interception on the next play...
He also told us that BOTH teams were tied several times.

Pats played a 'loser's game', and Ram's playmakers and coordinators failed to adjust and/or rise to the occasion, eventually making a significant mistake.

His commentary was, by far, the most biased I can recall from any network talking head since Summerall and Brookshire quietly slipped on cowboy hats before doing any Dallas game and then moaned Harvey Martin's name all afternoon with a love and awe generally reserved for Jesus Christ (and Tom Durkin's Cigar calls).

And the normally objective Jim Nance should likewise be ashamed of his increasingly desperate pro-rams play-by-play.

A pox on both their houses for an horrendous outing.
Tony Romo is the worst thing to happen to football in 50 years.
The guy is a jerk! A big mouth jerk who never shuts up.
And Nance was annoying as hell with his constant slew of meaningless stats.
Hey guys - let the game stand on its own. NEITHER of you two add anything to it.

Myself, I suffered a concussion in the second half listening to Romo.
My ears still hurt today.

The game itself was probably the worst game I ever watched.

Cocker - the beer was gone halfway through the second quarter!

The NFL has jumped the shark.
And Romo called it a dolphin.

gotta tell ya....... I love the guy.

Nance is the best too..........

Holding the PATS to 13 pts was pretty good by SonofBums guys.

If they had just enough offense for 2 touchdowns they win.......

But the stats are misleading. I think the Pats whomped em in every category

I agree. I've watched Romo 3 times and he's already on my Mt. Rushmore of color commentators.

I know this isn't the best of places to mention this but the winner of the 3rd race at Parx today was Howaboutdempats, paying $14 and change in a 5 horse field.

How 'bout that!

We all know Tony Romo had talent as a player, but it seems to me he lacked that something extra to know when to quit when his back told him.

I felt sorry for him openly rooting for nearly impossible scenarios in the last 10 minutes of the game.

The game was awful. Both those teams should have lost two weeks ago. One idiot lines up offside on an interception and the other game the Refs miss a PI call. How much better would the game have been if it was the Saints and the Chiefs? A TON.

The Pats won in spite of Brady. GOAT? No way. HOF? for sure. He has played under the best coach ever it pains me to say. Right place. Right time. I believe a lot of upper echelon QB's would have just as many Super bowl wins as Brady if they played under Belichick.

As far as Romo goes. He's a Cowboy so as a player I couldn't stand him. As an announcer. He's very good at telling you the play as they line up. Much better announcer than player and he was a decent player.

The game stunk. The commercials stunk. Ad executives are highly overpaid. The halftime show I've lost touch with pop culture and it kinda stunk too. Thank God for Netflix and a DVR.

Oh yeah, stay off my lawn...

The game was a defensive gem. Offensive minded were spoiled with the Falcons and Eagles games.

Very well stated!

I believe that those who didn’t enjoy the game were either Rams fans, bet the Rams, or too caught up with the overall trend in NFL football: Dominating high scoring offenses.

All of a sudden a game comes along where there’s an answer for neutralizing the offense and the game becomes “boring” and not very entertaining. I’m afraid that those descriptions are a sad commentary of what actually transpired. Those who call themselves football fans (no matter who they were rooting for) that didn’t feel the suspenseful entertainment during that game are really missing out on what the game is all about.

BTW I’m personally tried hearing about how much more talent the Rams had over the Patriots. As far as I’m concerned the Rams Offensive line obviously couldn’t handle or adjust to all of the Patriots Defensive stunts because they just didn’t have the athleticism to do so. So who's got the talent?

The only suspense I felt was what would be the next stupid thing Romo would say.
The game was like watching soccer.
While baby sitting.
