At this point in your life you should be giving all your attention to practicing your own handicapping and worry less about getting someone else's tips.
You need to get good PPs and practice with as many races as you can, with or without betting. TimeformUS would be perfect for you since they give free excellent PPs for 2 races each day, including 2 major BC races this weekend.
After you've done your own handicapping you may want to check the tips of others for additional insights, but your own handicapping MUST take priority.
You should also do your research by reading up on good handicapping books.
There is a thread here devoted to that very subject.
I also HIGHLY recommend an online book on"Bioenergetcs and Race Horse Ratings" by Wilkens. An excellent read on the scientific basis of race horse performance. Here's the link:
