I had bad night....it happens.... I USUALLY GO FOR PRICES... WHEN THEY DONT COME IN
I LOOK STUPID ...WHEN THEY DO COME IN I LOOK BRILLIANT!!??..... I'M A BIG FAN OF CATCHING HORSES WHEN THEY ARE A PRICE....CAUSE ONCE THEY WIN .....VALUE PLUMMETS.......TAKE CARE

I had a decent night...

It`s a tough game to beat when you try to buck the trend of favorites finishing 1 or 2nd about 70% of the time and 75% of the winners paying less than 9/2...That`s the main reason I play exactors and make very few win and place bets...

I spend about 3 minutes handicapping a race, not sure what I do is really handicapping LOL....most of my scrutiny occurs in the last 5 mins and I pay almost ZERO attention to the talking heads on TV!

In the first 2 months since I stopped fighting the established trends my ROI has been pretty good 1.71 % I just may continue with standardbreds and stay away from the thoroughbreds....One distance, one surface no need to worry about 10 different distances, all weather track, inner turf, outer turf....etc!

Don’t sweat it. We all have our good and bad days, weeks and months. From what I have seen your opinion has been solid. Appreciate your insights win or lose. Personally I stopped posting because I don’t want to put in time I was putting in to handicap even 1 card a week. I can do my figures in 30 minutes. I can handicap in another 45 minutes. But if i am going to give an in depth analysis like I was, that takes another 2 hours or so longer. Too much extra work. At the time I was experimenting to see if that type of effort was needed. I determined I do not need it.
