The 13-race programme has been cancelled due to an impending ice storm in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).

I must admit after reading MIDDLETON's comments in the program...

2 SHELBYS COBRA was rated with a longshot price in the morning line but that might not hold up. Much will depend on if the word is out that he is expected to produce an improved effort tonight. Not all the secrets at a racetrack are very well kept. Like the old rowboat there are leaks sometimes. I think he is worth considering.

I was kinda looking forward to that R10 at WDB. Guess I'll have to wait for another day.

I am a little confused with what you are doing? Are these the bots best two horses in these races based on rating or what? Also how are you determining the ratio of first and second. Thanks Ray

these are the bot's 1st and 2nd rated picks to Win based on multiple factors.

the program gives each one an odds line, top pick getting anywhere from 3/5 to 7/2 and the 2nd pick always with higher odds than pick 1.

For wagering those odds are expressed as chance to win and summed like

35% and 15% = 50% so the $20 base wager is split 35/50 = .7 and 15/50= .3

giving .7x20 ($14) and .3 x20 ($6)

The robot is set up to look for longshots so sometimes some silly picks make the list. (Like BigM R 9 tonite)
