Breeders' Cup takeout & wagers

Are all pick 5 bets over Breeders' Cup weekend going to have 14 or 15% takeout, or will the later ones have the 23% that's the SA standard on the late one each day? Also did I read correctly that the pick 6 will be a $1 wager this year?

Not sure on the pick 5 takeout but the pick 6 will be a $1 base wager.

I was told by the BC folks that ALL of the p5s are 15% takeout.
