Something you might want to look into is dietary magnesium... simple things as easy as eating pumpkin seeds can help regulate your heart beat.

Eat avocado, pumpkin seeds, and beans and other foods that contain magnesium, potassium, and sodium... that way your heart has the raw materials to run smooth. calcium too. (these are just electrolytes that your heart needs to function) Most people are deficient in magnesium and potassium... that's why people elieve sodium causes high blood pressure..(it doesn't... what causes high blood pressure is not having enough potassium and magnesium to regulate the sodium)
