For those who may not be aware of what CJ was talking about during the early part of the video --

Kentucky Downs was able to leverage lower exacta takeout to more than triple their average daily handle over a five year period.

Imo, it's a crying shame Kentucky Downs is only able to get 5-6 racedates a year.
