Rug sweep. How true.
Racing, or any human activity involving the exchange of money, is always going to have some people attempt to cheat. But the impression I have of Hong Kong is that it's roughly 98+ percent clean, where as in North America, I'm thinking about 1/3 of the races have a larcenous angle or two in play.....

I read a week or so ago the races in Hong Cong are generating pools averaging something like $17M.
