The wild thing is I read somewhere that this groups of stewards in relation to this recent ruling said that, had they been adjudicating the matter at the time, they would have disqualified Justify and Hoppertunity because of the overages.

Which is of course BS. The adjudication was fixed by their bosses at CHRB.
