Wrongful death suit filed against Hillary Clinton

The suit was filed today by parents of two of the victims of the Benghazi attack.

Quote:
The parents of two Americans killed in the 2012 terrorist attacks on U.S. diplomatic facilities in Benghazi, Libya, filed a wrongful death lawsuit in federal court Monday against Hillary Clinton.

In the suit, Patricia Smith and Charles Woods, the parents of Sean Smith and Tyrone Woods, claim that Clinton's use of a private e-mail server contributed to the attacks. They also accuse her of defaming them in public statements.

That's interesting.
That might take years to come to court.

Also an Iranian scientist may have been executed due to her e mails.

There never will be a discovery phase.
The Clinton's are loaded with money and the whole thing will be settled out of court years down the road.

Hillary was Secretary of State at the time of the deaths.
If there is any settlement it will be paid with taxpayer money.

I'm guessing these people don't care about a settlement.

There is a lot of legal protection for government officials , especially in regards to events that happened on foreign soil. There's a lawsuit against W. (Saleh vs. Bush) filed 3 years ago, which was dismissed by the 9th District court (the infamously liberal San Francisco court) .The Obama administration supported Bush-probably the only time that happened.
