Florida bill targeting homeless encampments

"Under the bill, if a county wants to designate an area for the homeless it would have to have public restrooms, 24-hour security, and access to behavioral health services.
Florida is considering a bill to force counties to not turn a blind eye to homelessness. If they are going to allow homeless people to camp wherever they want, they have to do something to make sure they and the public are protected.

I hear so much stupid crap about homeless problems coming from Democrats it makes my head spin. All of them and their homeless advocates need to go live amongst them, or at the very least go buy a business in an area where they camp out on the sidewalks. Most have one or two things or both, drug addiction or mental illness. Until you lower the incidence of those two things
you will not lower the homeless population. They need to be herded into encampments so they can be kept out of public spaces where they hurt businesses and scare children. Let all the pro homeless people maintain the properties where they are put.
