If they just throw Tucker in jail, won't all our problems be solved?

Court orders release of Eastman Emails.

The Court finds it more likely than not that President Trump corruptly attempted to obstruct the Joint Session of Congress on January 6, 2021," Carter said in a written decision, adding: "The illegality of the plan was obvious."

Biden will not be re-elected. The issue is who will be the Republican nominee.

Anyone but Trump or toadie gets my vote.

Serious question...how come you guys haven't been able to nail Trump on ANYTHING in all these years of REALLY, REALLY, REALLY, REALLY TRYING SO DAMN HARD?

EVEN I thought you would have been able to do it BY NOW!

You guys even managed to LOSE THE MANHATTAN DA's OFFICE! That's a WOW moment...

Not just you, but everyone here posts like the Presidency either does not have a process or is not worth much. But yet in that process much is decided and then we primary who survives the process.

that's because everyone underestimates Trump.. he is sharp as a tack especially for his age these days, he just pretends to act dumb. the guy in the Manhattan office is trying to do what is right for the people that elected him and not waste their money to get no desired result.

the odds of finding a jury in New York to convict Trump of the crimes he is accused of there, upping the value of his properties to get higher loans and lowering the value to get better tax deals, is probably something like 10,000,000 to one with the legal staff Trump has at his disposal. other than getting headlines, this case makes no sense at all. the Manhattan guy got it right.

A victimless crime if there ever was one. Both sides play footsies in hopes that they both get richer. In the end, the bank is responsible for due diligence. Case closed.

ii don't know the particulars of this complaint, but it really doesn't even look like its a crime unless he paid off an appraiser or a loan officer and i never heard anything like that. and further more this took place a long, long time ago, what took them so long to bring up the case?

You and I go for a loan or a 2nd mortgage on a house, do you think we just get to state what the value of the property is?

Hell no...the bank appraises it before any loan or mortgage is handed out.

Since when does a loaning institution accept the perspective borrower's WORD on how much the property is worth?
