Some things you can not take back, like saying JFK deserved to get shot because he said "ask not what this country can do for you, ask what you can do for this country. Things go to far, I suggest to everyone to look around you where your live. If you like your $7 gasoline you can keep your $7 gasoline.

I believe Trump believes that he is above the law
and many of his followers also believe that
it's not that they think he's really innocent of the crimes he's been charged with
it's that they don't really care if he's innocent or not
even if he's guilty he's still their man
one man - viewed by many to be ABOVE THE LAW__________________truly incredible
it's a once in a lifetime thing

If you look at assessed value for property tax purposes vs. actual market value you'll see there's a wide gap for a LOT of properties.
For example, if you own real estate in CA, assessed value for property tax purposes goes up about 2% per year to account for inflation.
As soon as you sell that property, the assessed value for the new owner's property taxes is based on the price paid.
Link, here.
That's current law in California.
But Mar A Lago is in Florida.
According to the Palm Beach County Appraiser's Office the assessed value for "homesteaded properties" is capped at 3% per year while the assessed value for non homesteaded properties can rise as much as 10% per year.
Link, here.
Fyi, Trump has 9 properties in South Florida (including Mar A Lago) that are "homesteaded properties."
Link, here.
The wide difference between assessed value for property tax purposes vs. current market value (which bank loans are based on) doesn't make someone a criminal.
Think about it.
Imo, buying and holding homesteaded properties in South Florida (which have lower assessed values for property tax purposes than non-homesteaded properties) makes someone a shrewd investor.

judge states trump submitted a false SFC,
"Statements of financial condition", because in part he did not reflect the land use restrictions, thereby if the lenders were given a true sfc they could have negotiated better terms for themselves.

Well, you dickheads who gave me shit when I said everybody does it…….you might want to hear straight from the bankers who are used to it happening and even de-valued Trumps proclamations.
Once again, they all do it and not one bank lost money!!

“ What Trump essentially did was declare the highest value he thought he could, knowing that the bank would likely disagree and offer less. That is exactly what happened, and in the end, the bank was paid back per the terms it agreed to. No bank simply accepts at face value an appraisal offered by a borrower.
O'Leary's point is that how things happened is how things always happen in real estate development. But because Trump is involved, the rules have suddenly changed, with James deciding it is now fraud to essentially negotiate an asset's value with a bank. That she secured a laughably biased judge who borders on parody at times is the only reason this case has gotten this far. ”

What is this? This is ridiculous ....
NY must want to displace all billionaires and replace with illegal immigrants... they better start a wealth tax like California pretty quick before all the big money leaves and commercial real estate crashes.

People with big bucks are leaving in droves, truth is there were and are still a huge concentration of them. If 50 % of them leave in one year it might make a big difference in elections about policy's its middle class can not afford.
