We do not see credit scores or run a credit check. We do run an ID check and also a few different anti-fraud checks. Sadly there is always some degree of false positives with those and its a balancing act trying to prevent fraud/scams/promo abuse but not lock out legitimate customers.
If you could PM me your email you signed up with I can look more into the exact reason the account was not opened. Due to the volume of new accounts we have there is no way I could narrow it down without your email.
