Belmont Stakes ... any under the radar ?

Brody's cause should be 15-1 I'm guessing .... Anyone looking at any long shots that could win ???

I will look for horses with speed that have been stretching out or have been working out with the plan on stretching out.
On some occasions, the Belmont has been won by a horse that was either on the lead for the last 6f or has been in close attendance to the lead.
Of course I will look to see if the horse's pedigree has stamina on one or both sides.

If he goes, which I'm thinking he will, Governor Malibu looks very interesting to me from a number of factors.

I like Creator if he runs! I know closers have a hard time winning at Belmont, but after seeing the KD & Preakness run very fast up front, I think it happens again & the front gets burnt out at 1 1/2 race & closers come flying home.

Nyquist had a 102 temperature this morning and will not ship to Belmont today. O'Neill said he still hopes horse can make Belmont Stakes

He will be getting a lot of attention. And rightly so.

Any plans for Mohaymen to run in the Belmont?
He's one I would have a long look at if his people decide to run him.

I haven't really looked at Destin specifically, but he was 6th in the Derby.
Worth re-watching his trip if he enters the Belmont.

Stradivari also ran pretty well in the Preakness.

If Exaggerator is gong to be the heavy favorite, it will be worth looking at any E and E/P types (although you have to figure Desormeaux will brake and settle closer than usual)

He'll be running on June 11th, just not in the Belmont Stakes. Woody Stephens at 7f against 3yo or Met Mile against older.

He's the one I'm waiting for. Really thought he was going to run in the Preakness after the layoff coming into the Derby.
