There is a section on mis-treating dogs. This is one reason we have such a dog problem in Texas. I spend 0ver 10k a year on animal rescue. This is a real problem to me. There are 500 homeless dogs in our county shelter at the moment. I wonder why?

They were always busting people in the Inland Empire. They had a couple cock fights right down the street from where I used to live but I don't think any of my south of the border neighbors got busted. I used to live close to the 60 and 15 interchange. Some people bet big money on those things, I have no idea how to handicap them. The one thing about south of the border party goers is they are usually done early.
