Conley....I suggest looking at the weather conditions before putting up any race...
thats the first thing I check

Its gonna rain today and I normally NEVER bet wet tracks or off turf

Hopefully this one might stay while others will be off if it does happen

Dont Like this race, especially given the uncertainty about the weather.

I will not be involved here but for S & G, I'll Take Plum Ali to win

Hit or miss on or off turf. With the late post they will likely not make a call until early afternoon.

haven't capped yet

TURF -

at a glance - the Technical Analysis looks like there's a possibility of more improvement.

The Plum Ali looks decent. Faced at least two of today's rivals, last. Before seeing replays; may have got the worst trip, and ran in spots.

the Jouster has established form this year. Likely pace setter? Seems so. Solid horse, and if there is any give in the ground, sometimes it is kind to such a style.

These all are relatively short priced horses, so to find value may need to zero-in on a 'key'/'lean'.

I GET IT Comes out of a Gulfstream Stakes. The chart indicates a solid effort after a slow start, to close and win, in a race that was mildly forward-favoring. Trainer switch --> Mark Casse. Gary Barber owns (haven't checked if Owner switch as well). Mildly interesting 20:1 morning line. Exotics add?

I want to see what Little Andy has to say, look up accuweather and the scatches/changes, maybe watch a few races and form some opinions.

My bad I should have looked at weather before choosing race.

Barber listed as owner last.
2back - "We Got this Stables". Google isn't helping, I assume either an ownership group of Barber or Spatz, or a horse privately sold 2back.

regardless, Barber pink today and last.
Casse name today.

replay - circled some horses that are below the class of today's race. I'm still mildly interested in a dime super or something

- Oh Yea - 'EMD' Emerald Downs for me? @EMD4ME - Says "HI!" to RR, Nor Cal Greg, Teach, and all at PA. he's on Twitter and having a good run at Emerald Downs

Con Lima and Jouster will show speed. Gift List might get the jump on all the others turning for home.

I'll play Gift List to win and key with Con Lima and Fluffy Socks in the exacta.
