he didn't start working out until he was in his 70s
he's 165 pounds with 80% muscle
he works out on a rowing machine about 40 minutes per day
he also works out with dumbbells doing lunges and curls 2 or 3 times per week
he has been studied by the University of Limerick and by the Journal of applied Psychology
