It should be noted that on a day that Trump decides the Constitution doesn't matter much the normal discourse around here is...
RBG is she dead or alive?

Or do you know something we don't? Have you been in touch with her? Or has she been seen out in public in the last few months? All she needs is a "ghost- writer" of sorts, and her and the Dems are good to go for all but an indefinite period of time.
And you are aware of the fact that there is precedence for her kind of situation with other SC justices who executed their duties away from the bench? And I'm sure you also know that the Constitution has no provision in it, whatsoever, to remove any SC justice from the bench other than impeachment for one offense or another, I suppose. And sickness is not an offense. Prolonged absences aren't even considered a dereliction of duty. When the Constitution said "for life", it meant for life!
The dimwits would certainly become big believers in and advocates of life after death -- in RBG's case, anyway. Hey...if the dimwits can get dead people to vote, it's a very small step from there to get a dead SC justice to write her opinions.
Really "crazy" stuff, heh?

You're a wee bit behind the eight ball, ET. That question is already being asked.
But maybe you have seen her? Tweeted her? Texted her? Emailed her? Do you have anything to offer in the way of proof of life?

I believe she (RBG) has now put a full day of work in, in all attemps to be fair anyone would take the same time away from work for the same operation.
The Constitution is more than safe, the pen has often been used. In this case one party has all of its members with one thumb up the ass while they suck on the other just because President Donald J. Trump stopped Hillary. And now they support getting rid of gasoline cars and planes to fly on.

You should put the same burden of proof on God.

The Constitution doesn't say much (actually nothing) on Presidents declaring a national emergency.
And if we look at previous presidents, it's pretty much a normal course of action.

Obama only threw out 17 of them, and the Constitution and the 25th Amendment now applies to our DOJ influencing the WH and counting heads in order to overthrow a duly elected POTUS.
We have some amazing shit going on.

I don't need to. He has graciously revealed himself to me in multiple ways.
But have you dug up anything on Ruthie, yet, that isn't already wormy and stinky?
