I can't believe I'm going to say this but I think Coulter has this maneuver pretty well diagnosed.
Its showboating to say "I'm fighting!" for you...
Luckily this hits the injunction junction by Monday or Tuesday afternoon and we can finally stop talking about the Wall for awhile.

The anti Waller’s are horrified it appears. This is the last thing they wanted because there’s a real good possibility this will get through the courts. Lots of latitude granted the president. And if this doesn’t make it through it’ll set prescedent for future efforts by presidents of both parties to do this type of thing. Pelosi is shittin a brick because if this holds up she will look like a total fool. Gonna be damn interesting for sure
