If Coulter wants to run the country, she should run for president.

+1
I would love to see the POTUS stand up to the ultra conservative commentators and remind them that it is he who ran and WON. For a guy that seemingly likes to be his own man, he certainly does appear to cow tow to certain people.

There's nothing stopping Trump from taking this money and sending the US Army down to border to build The Wall.
When The Wall is completely built, Trump submits to Congress a bill for $5-10-15 billion, whatever, telling them what a great job the Army did while building The Wall -- with upgrades, extras and overruns, of course, which Congress should pay because that's been how the game is played in Washington DC for decades and decades.

Trump just hired Jerry Brown as a consultant on financial details on building the Wall.Governor Moonbeam gave a 77 billion dollar pricetag estimate.

and the wall is being built, although some of it will just be a 'remodeled' fence that is currently there
Ted Cruz still wants drug lord confiscations to be used for border security / wall

Nothing stopping him but SCOTUS. I don't think he wants that fight.
The "bill" for the wall Trump wants has been conservatively estimated at about $100 billion. That's with a low-end estimate of cost overruns, which we know never happens with our government.

Whatever happened to "draining the swamp"? This scenario above does not fit into Trumps past rehetoric.Do not believe the DOD brass will go along with the use of service personnel as construction laborers. They will follow orders but Trump may pay hell for it.
