Its not great, but its not doom and gloom either.
Along with Oaklawn I think it is the best product out there this time of year.

Does Ritvo get the credit for SA's improvements numbers-wise?

As a dedicated SoCal player, I haven't had much to complain about since Christmas. It's always a drag to see the deterioration of the conditions book, but as it's been posted here by our esteemed contributor, they can't afford to see the lower level horses ship out.

I give him credit for trying new things, not sure anything he has done makes a difference, weather and economy has to have helped the most.

i am only taking a stab at the pick-6 and late pick 4. I like a single in the 5th and have the 4th, 6th and 9th down to 2 horses so I will throw a couple of plays on the multi's and maybe a small wager of some sort on the 2 horse in the 5th, the 1 horse in the 6th and the 4 horse in the 9th. You can have the rest of the card.

I agree with the bad card. As per DRF there was no stakes race because it did not fill. Was suppose to be the Tiznow Stakes.

To be fair I don't think there is one stakes race being run in all of North America today.

Saturday March 10

11 races

109 horses

Just like the good ole days. They won't be able to fill another card for 2 weeks, but Big Cap day oughtta bring back the old feel.

Yep. And the feature, the San Felipe, has a great field!

Oh, wait, you mean the Big Cap is the feature? Damn.
